Embroidery has no minimum quantity. Screen printing has a 24-piece minimum. DTF printing starts at 10 pieces, with lower starting per-piece pricing at 24 or more.

Customer-supplied items may be accepted after the garment and project are reviewed. Some fabrics, coatings, seams or item construction may not be suitable for the requested decoration method.

Yes. You can browse SanMar and provide product numbers, or describe the product, budget and use case so the team can recommend options.

Vector PDF, AI, EPS or SVG files are ideal. High-resolution PNG and JPG files can also be reviewed. Artwork preparation or embroidery digitizing may require an additional fee.

Turnaround depends on the season, order size, product availability and production method. The current planning minimum is generally at least two weeks during lower-volume periods, with additional time during holidays and back-to-school season.

Rush production is subject to capacity and product availability. Orders needed 10–15 calendar days from the request date carry a $50 rush charge. Orders needed in fewer than 10 days carry a $100 rush charge. A requested date is not guaranteed until the team confirms the order.
