Website prices are planning estimates only. Final pricing depends on apparel cost, quantity, sizes, artwork, colors, placement, production method, deadline and other order details.
Artwork may require preparation, resizing, color adjustment or embroidery digitizing. Production begins only after required details and approvals are confirmed.
Turnaround depends on item availability, season, order complexity and current production capacity. If accepted, an order needed 10–15 calendar days from the request date carries a $50 rush charge. An order needed in fewer than 10 days carries a $100 rush charge. Rush timing is not guaranteed until availability, artwork, products and production details are confirmed.
Customer-supplied garments or items must be reviewed before acceptance. Decoration involves production risk, and specific terms for supplied goods will be confirmed before work begins.
Because customized goods are made to order, they generally cannot be returned for preference, sizing selection or approved artwork choices. Any production concern should be reported promptly so it can be reviewed.
Deposit, payment, pickup, shipping and delivery requirements are confirmed directly for each order. An online request is not a completed purchase until the business confirms the order.
